In 1950, the winery was officially established on the basis of "Zhang's Winery". Combined with "Zhang's recipe", the use of "same screening string steaming" process, absorbing the length of the major winemakers, began large-scale brewing production, and in 1951 successful trial production, named YUN JIU
After half a century of brilliant development and innovation and restructuring in the new period, the production capacity of the winery reached 3500 tons, while having two major production processes of sauce, even fragrance.
