  • Special Delivery Arrangements in response to COVID-19

    Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, for any orders that deliver to 1.1 Buildings with confirmed cases of COVID-19the order collection will be arranged at the lobby / main entrance ofthe building. 1.2 Buildings with cluster infection of COVID-19delivery service will be temporarily suspended for the entire building.

    1.3 Buildings of the confines under quarantine : the parcel would be placed at the door front.


    In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus and protect the interests of all parties, we hereby make special deliveryarrangements. We hope you can understand and work together to fight the virus.


  • How do I know if this special arrangement would be applied for my order?
    If you choose to have door-and-door delivery to buildings with confirmed cases of COVID-19, you are only able to choose thelobby as your delivery address in the system while confirming the order. For buildings with cluster infection of COVID-19, you will not be able to add the building address as a delivery address.

  • When will the delivery arrangement resume normal?

    The special delivery arrangement will be implemented for


    1.1 Buildings with confirmed cases of COVID-19 : at least 14 days; 1.2 Buildings with cluster infection of COVID-19: at least 28 days; 1.3 Buildings that persons undergoing home quarantine :normal arrangements will be resumed after the final date of home quarantine announced by the Department of Health (subject to the date of delivery).

     

    Remark: In order to protect the health of our logistic team, if the selected delivery address is subsequently diagnosed as buildings with confirmed cases or cluster infection, the special delivery arrangement will still be implemented based on the updated situation on the delivery date.

    When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, delivery, self pick up and customer services of LBuy will be

    temporarily suspended.

    If delivery service is suspended due to inclement weather conditions, new delivery schedule will be updated through "My Order" > "Order List".

    You may also update delivery arrangements in"Order History" via our up-to-date resend SMS' link.




  • Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above

    Delivery service will be suspended.


    If the signal remains hoisted at 3pm, the delivery service will be suspended that day. The new delivery time will be sent via SMS.



  • Red/ Black Rainstorm Warning

    Delivery service will be suspended and to be resumed subjected to the weather. If delivery service is not able to continue, new delivery schedule will be sent to you via SMS.

    LBuy aims to deliver your items in the fastest time possible. After you payment settled, your order will be shipped immediately within 2-9 working days. As an item may be sourced from different places, delivery times may vary.

    *Home delivery service: Applicable to all orders.


  • How to qualify for free delivery?

    Home Delivery Service: Free home delivery is applied on orders HK$500 and over before applying promo code. For orders totaling less than HK$500, a delivery charge of HK$80 shall apply.


      *Please note that an order can be delivered to one destination only.




  • Where do you deliver?

    We provide delivery service to addresses in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, except areas specifically mentioned and buildings without elevator facility.

    Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.

     You must ensure that no other person except yourself shall use your login to purchase alcohol products and a person aged 18 or above (identification required) must be present to take delivery, otherwise delivery* shall be withdrawn and attempted at another time to be agreed between you and us.

    *will charge for HKD100 for further delivery cost.
    -Delivery time arrangement : Delivery will be arranged within 2-9 working days after transaction settled.

    -Orders that created on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday will be handled the next working day.

    We currently do not deliver to the following areas:
    Islands District, Luk Keng, Cheung Chau, Lau Fau Shan,  Sha Tau Kok, Po Toi O,  Discovery Bay, Lung Kwu Tan, Lamma Island, Clear Water Bay, Ma Wan, Mai Po and restricted districts and areas that vans cannot access




  • Can I give an ATL (Authority To Leave) for my home delivery to my doorstep security/guard/concierge?

    Sure.

    However, if your order contains intoxicating liquor, the option for leaving order at concierge will not be available.

    Please also ensure the recipient of the order is aged 18 or above.

    We support credit card payment of VISA, MasterCard and PayMe.

    You may also use LPoints (if any) in your account to pay. Details of LPoints usage please refer to "Terms & Conditions".

  • Why do I need to enter verification code when checking out with a credit card?

    If you see a 3-D SECURE verification page during payment, it means your credit card issuer provides 3-D SECURE service, such as MasterCard SecureCode™ and Verified by Visa™.

     You will have to enter a password to complete payment. 

    This extra process helps protect your credit card from unauthorized online use, giving you extra protection when shopping online.

        Go to LBuy.com click on the "Login/Register" sign at the top right corner, fill in your email and password, verify your mobile and click "Register".
        When you click "Get OTP", we will send a One-time Password (OTP) to your mobile. Once you submit the correct OTP, your mobile will be verified successfully. Your registration is then completed.



          *You will not be able to create a LBuy account, if your mobile has been verified by another LBuy account.
          *You must provide a valid mobile number to complete registration, for a more convenient login and to make sure you can receive our delivery notification.



  • How can I update my personal data/contact information?

        After login, you can go to "My Account">"Personal Information" by clicking the top right corner (where your log-in name displays) to add/change your display name and contact information.




  • How can I change password?

        After login, you can go to "My Account" > "Change Password" by clicking on the top right corner (where your log-in name displays) to change your password there.


  • What can I do if I have forgotten my password?
      Use Desktop/Tablet/Smart PhoneClick the "Login/Register" sign at the top right corner at  homepage, then select "Forgot Password?" under the "Log In" box.
      Fill in your register mobile phone as instructed and press "Send Now". We will send you a password reset SMS.

  • Can I change my login email and phone number once registered?

    Sure.

    You can change your login email and phone number after login by clicking "My Account" > "Personal Information". The latest information will be updated within two working days.

      After login, you will see a navigation menu listing all the product categories on the right side (or after clicking the top right button on the screen) of LBuy.com website.

      You can also search the products by typing the product name, product brand or any related tagging words of the product in the search field.


  • How do you ensure quality of products?

    Shelf life will be mentioned in specific product information box.

    If the products are found to be damaged, with damaged packaging, or with suspected quality issues, we will arrange product replacement or refund whenever necessary. Please keep the photos of the products as record.

    "LPoints" is the consumable amount in your registered account at LBuy.com (1000LPoints=HKD50) .

    You can use "LPoints" to replace the cash payment at LBuy.com.

  • How do I use

    When you pay, you can choose to use "LPoints" to pay. "LPoints" is applicable to paying all products at Lbuy.com .

    However, you can only redeem "LPoints" while purchasing Lbuy.com products. 
    The "LPoints" credit balance can be used in your next purchase.

  • How to check the transaction history and balance of "LPoints"?

    After login, you can check the transaction history and balance of "LPoints" in "My Account".

  • How long is the

    "LPoints" is valid for on or before 31st March 2021.

    For any account that did not make any purchase in the 6 months, LBuy will cancel all LPoints accumulated in the account without prior notice.

  • Can I transfer "LPoints" to other accounts or redeem it for cash?

    "LPoints" is neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.

  • What is Promotion Code?

    LBuy launches different promotions from time to time, and the promotions operate in the form of promotion code. Each promotion code carries different offer, for offer details, please refer to the terms and conditions of the related promotion.

  • How to use Promotion Code?

    During promotion period, you can enter the promotion code under the "Proceed to Checkout" button before checkout. 

    Once the promotion code is applied, the offer will be shown in the shopping list and you can then complete the checkout procedures.

  • Is there any limitation when using promotion code?

    Only one promotion code can be applied for each LBuy order. 

    Moreover, when using the promotion code with discount amount, total amount of the order must be at least $1 or more than the discount amount. (For example, if a promotion code carries $50 discount, the total amount of the order should be at least HK$51).
    Each promotion code carries different terms and conditions, for details, please refer to the related promotion.

    Promotion for New Customers: 
    "New customer" means those who have not registered and purchased at LBuy prior to using the Promotion for New Customers. 
    When duplicated registered phone number or home delivery address is found in database upon a new registered account, the discount will be suspended and customer is requested to return used discount amount by all means. 

    LBuy reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice.
