Terms and Conditions:
1.Welcome Coupon
- The Welcome Coupon is only applicable to LBuy and LDeluxe by LBuy products, and is not applicable to Nintendo consoles, accessories and games, Samsung, Dyson & other electrical appliances, alcoholic beverages, or jewelry and watch brands including Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Rolex, Van Cleef & Arpels, as well as other promotional or designated products.
- The Welcome Coupon, Birthday Coupon and Birthday Month Discount cannot be used together or in conjunction with any other promotions.
- The Welcome Coupon is valid only for use within the month of membership registration and will expire thereafter.
2.Membership Upgrade
- Members who accumulate purchases reaching a specified amount within one year will be upgraded to a higher membership tier.
- Membership validity is 12 months (starting from the date of upgrade).
- Membership upgrades require approximately 5 working days to process.
3.Birthday Month Discount
- The Birthday Month Discount applies to LBuy products only, excluding all LBuy and LDeluxe by LBuy luxury items, Nintendo consoles, accessories and games, Samsung, Dyson & other electrical appliances, alcoholic beverages, and other promotional or designated items.
- The Birthday Month Discount cannot be used together with Birthday Coupon or any other promotional offer.
- The Birthday Month Discount Coupon will be automatically issued to the member’s account on the 1st day of their birthday month. If the member registers during their birthday month, the Coupon will be issued in the same month of the following year.
- The Birthday Offer is valid only during the birthday month and will expire after the month ends.
4.Birthday Coupon
- The Birthday Coupon is applicable to LBuy and LDeluxe by LBuy products only, excluding Nintendo consoles, accessories and games, Samsung, Dyson & other electrical appliances, alcoholic beverages, and other promotional or designated items.- The Birthday Coupon cannot be used together with Birthday Month Discount or any other promotional offer.- The Birthday Coupon will be automatically issued to the member’s account on the 1st day of each month. If the member registers during the birthday month, the Birthday Coupon will be issued in the same month of the following year.- Birthday Coupons must be used within the birthday month and will expire after the month ends.
5.LDollar
- LDollar is valid until 31 March of the following year after the purchase.
- LDollar cannot be used together with the Welcome Coupon or Birthday Coupon.
- LDollar is calculated in whole numbers. If the total spending amount before checkout divided by 100 leaves a remainder, the remainder will not be counted or converted into LDollar.
- Members can redeem unexpired LDollars for discounts; 1 LDollar =HK$1, redeemable at LBuy/LDeluxe by LBuy Hong Kong stores, LBuy.com website or mobile app. The related discount is valid only for transactions paid in HKD.
- When using LDollars to redeem discounts, all available LDollars in the member’s account will be applied to that transaction.
- Jewelry and watch brands including Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Rolex and Van Cleef & Arpels are not eligible for LDollar accumulation.
6.Free delivery for members applies to online orders only.
