-迎新優惠券只適用於 LBuy 及 LDeluxe商品，但不適用於任天堂主機、配件及遊戲、Samsung、Dyson及其他電器商品、酒類商品及其他優惠商品或指定商品等等；迎新優惠劵及生日優惠券及生日全單優惠不能同時使用，亦不可與其他優惠活動同時使用。
-迎新優惠劵限於登記會員當月使用，逾期作廢。
-1年內累積消費滿指定金額，即可升級會籍。
-會籍有效期為12個月(升級當日起計算)。
-升級會籍需時約5個工作天處理，敬請耐心等待。
-生日月份全單折扣只適用於 LBuy 商品，但不適用於LBuy及LDeluxe所有奢侈品、任天堂主機、配件及遊戲、Samsung、Dyson及其他電器商品、酒類商品、其他優惠商品或指定商品等；生日全單優惠及生日優惠券不能同時使用，亦不可與其他優惠活動同時使用。
-生日月份全單折扣優惠券會於每月1號自動派發到會員帳戶，如登記本月生日，生日優惠券將於下年同月派發。

-會員若選擇使用未過期之LDollar換領折扣，每1 LDollar即等同港幣$1 元，可於LBuy/LDeluxe香港店舖、LBuy.hk（網頁及手機App）消費進行扣減。相關折扣只適用於港幣付款，而會員當時所累積的LDollar 將全數使用於該次折扣申請。
-會員免運優惠只適於網上訂單。

LBuy將保留隨時修改本文所列的條款及細則，以及LDollar兌換比率之權利而不作另行通知。如有任何爭議，LBuy保留最終決定權。
