Reebok The Deck is one of the most versatile pieces of fitness equipment on the market, capable of both aerobic and weight training. The Deck's unique adjustable design allows users to completely customize their workout plans, with over 20 setting combinations, allowing you to easily complete dozens of workouts. The bench-style The Deck is highly adaptable, with tilt-up, drop-down and flat settings, an adjustable backrest and two levels of height adjustment (8" (20cm) or 13" (35.5cm). Increase the intensity even further and diversify your workout options.

The surface texture of the new generation The Deck fitness board has been redesigned, making it easier to grip and improved cushioning compared to the previous generation. The product has added some iconic areas to more clearly express the placement of hands and feet. The grooves on the edges help provide resistance to prevent slipping, giving you the confidence to perform higher-intensity exercises. The upgraded design is more suitable for users to step on the board, jump or lunge, and perform weight training exercises while sitting or lying down.

The fitness board has built-in resistance band connection points, allowing users to buckle the resistance band on the bottom or backrest to further expand the training range. Users can also add other additional fitness accessories (such as dumbbells, kettlebells, etc.), and smaller accessories can be stored in the internal storage box for space-saving convenience. The Deck is lightweight, easy to move and store, yet sturdy and durable. The maximum weight capacity is 150kg/330lbs, allowing users to add as much weight as they want during their workouts. Twelve non-slip rubbers on the bottom help absorb impact and ensure stability and balance, making it ideal for fitness training.
