Wolfrest has been as a narration of the wolf’s long journey from the Central Italy to the Piedmont region, the place where this delicate and fragrant gin is made. At the end of the journey, resting among the botanicals, the wolfs discovered the aromas of flavors of the Mediterranean and our the beloved territory of Langhe.
Wolfrest is a Gin produced in Piedmont and made solely with botanicals cultivated and collected in Italy, by four separate distillations.
Wolfrest Alba is a Gin with an uncommon complexity and a slightly peaty after-taste. This reminds the damp soils where our famous white truffles born spontaneously.

Tasting Notes:
A particular and complex gin, rich of tasting shades with a strong but balanced taste of Alba white truffle, with delicate peated notes that remind the humid soul where this rare underground mushroom born spontaneously. The sweetness and roundness of roasted hazelnuts balanced the intense and tannic flavor of Piedmontese Juniper.

Paring:
Perfect at the end of a meal as “Meditation Gin” served neat. Great also for luxury cocktails and unforgettable Alba Truffle Martini.
