LBuy offers FREE shipping on order of HKD500 or more. For order under HKD500, a Door to Door delivery fee of HKD80 (per order); or Specific SF Store Locations and Lockers delivery fee of HKD50 (per order) is required.
• Delivery to specified areas requires additional fee of HKD50 (per order)
• LDollar is not applicable for payment of delivery costs.

Delivery Area

Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and specified areas in Hong Kong.

• We currently do not make deliveries to remote areas, outer islands and buildings without elevator facility.

Delivery Time / Arrangement

• Orders will be delivered within 2-9 working days after payment received.
• Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Delivery services will be suspended when typhoon signal No. 8 or above, black rainstorm warning signal, or force majeure is in force. The delivery date will be rescheduled.

Additional Information

• Delivery note is requested to be signed during the delivery service. If no one accepts the delivery at the appointed delivery address on the delivery date and time slot, our delivery team will reschedule the delivery and will charge a HKD100 rescheduling fee.
• According to the laws of Hong Kong, it is forbidden to sell or supply intoxicating alcohol to minors during business. If the delivery items include alcoholic beverages or any items that cannot be sold to minors, the items must be collected by a person who can provide appropriate proof for the person over 18 years of age. If no such person is present to receive the goods, LBuy will reschedule the delivery and charge a HKD100 rescheduling fee.

Return & Exchange

  1. If the merchandise you ordered is faulty, defective or damaged (dead on arrival ), or the merchandise is not ordered by you, or the quantity delivered is incorrect, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of the receipt date, but need:
    • The product is unused and is in the original state of sale, together with all parts and accessories provided with the goods, including instructions, certificates, labels, marks, consumables, bags and boxes
    • The packaging of the merchandise must be in the state when it was delivered; and
    • Unless otherwise specified, no return or exchange of merchandise will be accepted. Please read the return & exchange policy as specified by the supplier carefully before you place an order
  2. When you return an item purchased with a credit card, the payment will be returned to the credit card that you originally used at time of the purchase within 4 to 8 weeks from the date of refund. Please check your credit card statement.
  3. If any promotional discount was applied to the total purchase amount at time of purchase, you will be refunded LDollar in the amount paid at the time of purchase for that item.
  4. Any request for return or replacement will be sent to our customer service representative via chatbot or by filling in and submitting the “Exchange/Refund Application Form”. After successfully submitting the return application, the system will automatically assign a return processing order number. After the application for return is approved, please return the goods within 7 days.
  5. Unless otherwise specified, delivery fee of HK$80 will be charged for all orders. The free shipping requirement is now as below.
    5.1 Basic VIP & Gold Class Member: $500;
    5.2 Platinum Class Member: $300;
    5.3 Diamond Class Member: $100.
    We reserve the rights to adjust the free shipping requirement any time without any prior notice.
  6. The above return and exchange terms only apply to online orders. Store sales customers need to inspect the goods in person (famous brand goods will be signed separately to confirm that the goods have been inspected on site and are not damaged in any way. They also know that the goods are not returnable). All shop order is no returns or exchanges will be made..

Cancel Order

1. When you place an order you are making an offer to buy from the supplier the merchandise you have specified at the price stated for those merchandise. You cannot cancel an order once it has been submitted, even if our acceptance or rejection of your order is still pending.
